11-Instalment Payment Plan Terms & Conditions

1. Nature of the 11-Instalment Scheme

The SLG 11-Instalment Plan is a structured e-commerce payment arrangement offered directly by StarLink Goods Pvt Ltd (“SLG”) to retail consumers in India. It enables customers to purchase eligible home appliances by dividing the total sale price into eleven (11) equal parts without incurring interest, processing charges, or third-party loan commitments.

Important Regulatory Notice: The SLG 11-Instalment Plan is not a personal loan, banking credit facility, or deferred lending instrument under Reserve Bank of India (RBI) NBFC regulations. No credit bureau reporting (CIBIL/Experian), Aadhaar/PAN credit underwriting, or third-party financier hypothecation applies to Phase 1 transactions.

2. Calculation in Integer Paise & Rounding Absorption

All prices and schedule breakdowns on StarLink Goods are computed in integer paise (1 Rupee = 100 paise) to prevent floating-point rounding discrepancies:

Instalment #1 (Payable at Checkout): Equal to floor(Total Price in Paise / 11). This must be confirmed through a verified payment gateway transaction to finalize order creation.
Instalments #2 through #10: Scheduled at equal 30-day calendar intervals, each equal to the base monthly quotient.
Final Instalment (#11): Absorbs any remainder paise resulting from division by 11. This guarantees that the sum of all 11 instalments mathematically equals 100.00% of the original invoice value.

3. Fulfilment and Warehouse Dispatch Milestone

In accordance with Phase 1 operational design approved by SLG leadership:

Default Dispatch Rule: The selected home appliance will be packed, dispatched, and transferred to our designated logistics partner (Delhivery, BlueDart, DTDC) only after all eleven (11) instalments are confirmed paid in full. Customers can inspect their visual payment progress and download immutable tax receipts anytime via the Order Tracker.

4. Single Appliance per Order Rule

To ensure zero interest overhead and transparent account reconciliation, customers are permitted to purchase strictly one (1) appliance unit per order. Attempting to add an additional appliance to the shopping cart will trigger a conflict dialog allowing the customer to either replace or retain their active selection.

5. Cancellation, Default & Voluntary Exit

Customers may cancel an active instalment plan prior to fulfilment by contacting SLG Support. Upon cancellation, settled payments will be refunded via the original payment rail within 5-7 business days in accordance with the Cancellation & Refund Policy, and reserved warehouse inventory will be released.
