Digital Personal Data Protection Policy

1. Purpose of Data Collection

In compliance with India's Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, 2023, StarLink Goods collects and processes personal data strictly for specified lawful purposes: order fulfilment, payment authentication, customer account management, and statutory tax compliance.

2. Personal Data We Collect

• Identity & Contact: Mobile number (E.164 format), customer name, shipping address, PIN code, and email address.
• Authentication Data: SMS-based OTP tokens processed in real time via Twilio Verify (no OTP codes are permanently stored).
• Financial Records: Transaction IDs, gateway references, and payment timestamps (credit card numbers and UPI MPINs are never collected or stored on our servers).

3. Data Principal Rights

As a Data Principal under the DPDP Act, you have the right to access a summary of personal data processed by us, request correction or erasure of outdated records (subject to mandatory GST tax retention rules), and file grievances with our appointed Data Protection Officer.
