StarLink Goods delivers heavy and standard home appliances across 19,000+ PIN codes throughout the Republic of India through premier logistics partners including Delhivery, BlueDart, and DTDC.

2. Fulfilment Timeline & Release Rules

• Full Upfront Payment Orders: Prepared for warehouse packing within 24 hours of gateway confirmation. Dispatched within 1-2 business days.
• 11-Instalment Plan Orders: Under the approved Phase 1 terms, the appliance is packed and released for dispatch once all 11 instalments have been confirmed paid. Real-time progress and scheduled due dates are tracked in the customer portal.

3. Transit Insurance & Open Box Inspection

Every appliance is 100% transit-insured by StarLink Goods until safely handed over at the customer's delivery address. Customers are advised to inspect external cartons for physical dents before signing courier proof-of-delivery (POD).

4. Delivery Charges

Standard doorstep delivery is completely FREE for all seeded Phase 1 appliances across all serviceable Indian PIN codes.
